Our manufacturing engineering team includes electrical and mechanical engineers utilizing computer aided design to help propel your new products through prototype and into manufacturing successfully and quickly. Design review, process design, documentation control, revision control, procurement, warehousing and logistics are all part of our DNA.
Our sheet metal fabrication capabilities are full service and include flat-pattern layouts, CNC profiling using Omax water jet and/or CNC mills, CNC and manual brake forming, slip-roll forming, shearing, riveting and hardware assembly. Flat patterns of sheet metal, composites, or plate up to 60” X 148” can be profiled within .005” tolerance. Thicknesses from foil to over 12” thick can be quickly and accurately cut.
Machining services include 3-Axis and 4-Axis machining centers to produce high precision components up to 60.0” X 30.0” X 30.0” as well as custom tooling in virtually any material. Manual and CNC Bridgeport mills and lathe are available for low-volume milling and turning requirements. CMM laser scanning of completed parts assures precision and adherence to drawing specifications.
Our in-house finishing processes include surface preparation, chemical conversion coating, prime and paint per military and commercial aviation specifications. Thickness and adhesion testing is performed on every lot. Part marking is accomplished using ink-jet and permanent 2-part epoxy ink methods per MIL-STD-130. Our integrated supply chain can perform additional finishing services including heat treating, cad plating, anodizing, powder coating, passivation, etc.
Our wiring shop is equipped with state-of-the-art laser marking for wiring, sleeving markers, decal and ident fabrication, connector pinning, cable and harness fabrication, integration and test. We are also fully capable of end to end cloth or metal wire braiding. Our Quality Department assures full continuity per prints and performs insulation resistance checks on all products.
Structural assembly, integration and test are available for box and panel jobs as well as complex aircraft wiring, environmental control systems, communications and mission-critical applications.
