Robert Carlo and a group of partners formed Grace Electronics, LLC in 2001 to satisfy a need in the F-14 program. Bringing nearly 40 years of experience in the Defense industry to this venture, he and his partners succeeded in filling a gap in the market where legacy aircraft was no longer being supported by OEM's. This need existed then and continues today.
Legacy Aircraft are in constant need of sources to ensure sustainment, repair and replacement with attention to quality, cost-efficiency and within critical timeframes that allow for maximum flight readiness.
While some of the people at Grace have changed over the last decade, Robert's dedication and approach has not. Grace continues to be focused and maintains a commitment to satisfying the ongoing needs of the Avionics community. Today, we offer a complete approach to problem resolution from design and fabrication to repairs, overhauls and modifications.
The core Grace team is comprised of a cross-section of aerospace professionals, engineers and program administration personnel. Several of our employees are former Northrop Grumman engineers and managers working with leading industry experts in design, development and manufacturing.
