Pauline Sevigny
President
Pauline Sevigny joined GRACE Aerospace in 2017 to assist with the growth of her family business, GRACE Aerospace, and she is now the President. Pauline has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley University and she obtained her MBA from UMASS Boston. Prior to joining GRACE Aerospace, Pauline spent 20 years in financial services, primarily supporting medium to large organizations improve upon operational effectiveness and efficiency. Pauline brought her prior knowledge of large institutions to the small business arena, helping to enhance GRACE Aerospace operations. Pauline and the GRACE Aerospace team actively collaborate with customers to ensure continued positive, responsive relationships.
Glenn Andersen
Co-Founder/VP of Operations
Glenn Andersen is a seasoned aerospace professional with over 40 years of experience. As a USAF Veteran and retired senior engineer from Northrop Grumman Corp., Mr. Andersen is a co-founder of GRACE and currently serves as Vice President of Operations. Both his education (SUNY Farmingdale State College and Salisbury University) and successful engineering experience (electronic fab, structural fab, and systems integration) are fundamental in effectively managing the broad range of operational capabilities that the GRACE Aerospace organization provides to our valued customers.
Robert Carlo
Founder/CFO
Robert Carlo and a group of partners formed GRACE Aerospace, LLC in 2001 to satisfy a need in the F-14 program. Bringing nearly 40 years of experience in the Defense industry to this venture, he and his partners succeeded in filling a gap in the market where Legacy Aircraft were no longer being supported by OEM's. This need existed then and continues today.
While some of the people at GRACE have changed over the last two decades, Robert's dedication and approach have not changed. GRACE continues to be focused and maintains a commitment to satisfying the ongoing needs of the Avionics community. Today, we offer a complete approach to problem resolution from design and fabrication to repairs, overhauls, and modifications.
Samantha Gray
Business Development Manager
Samantha Gray joined GRACE Aerospace in 2015 as the company’s Business Development Manager. During her time, she has developed relationships with key government officials and representative agents to gain interest in the aviation products and services GRACE has to offer. Samantha is recognized as the face of the company in many facets; contract negotiations, strategic business decisions, and day-to-day decision making.
Daphne Martinez
Marketing and Contracts Manager
Daphne Martinez opens the line of communication between customers, suppliers, and engineers to get projects done. With over 20 years in Business Management, Daphne has the skills and experience in team building, professional development, strategic implementation, and company collaboration. Daphne holds a degree in Business Management with an Academic Excellence Award, and loves to be a volunteer Junior Teams soccer Coach in her community.
